Facebook container extension for Firefox

I don't use Facebook, but many here do of course.

I wonder how useful this is?

Our local MUG put me on to Containers and also the specialist Facebook version. As far as I can tell it stops FacebBook accessing information from other areas of your browser. Once installed it automatically puts Facebook, Messenger and Instagram tabs within their own containers.

Ordinary Containers is excellent for having multiple accounts of various things like eBay, GMail open and active at the same time.
