I held onto Snow Leopard as long as I could, now clinging to Mavericks.

I'm still on it, but trying to get off it and switch to Sierra with a clean install. Browsers / websites are the thing forcing the issue, I currently use 3 browsers trying to get by but there are still sites that don't work on any. FireFox 45.9.0 ESR, Arctic Fox 27.9.19 and Chrome 49.0.2623.112 (Safari 5.1.10 still runs but has been mostly useless for years).

Transitioning has been on my ToDo list for years but monthly travel has made it difficult to find uninterrupted time at home with two computers side by side for 1-2 weeks with no other ToDo list items taking priority.

I'm hoping that this shelter in place time will give me the time needed to work on it. Getting close to the end of my higher priority items.

This will also get me off of my 2007 MBP which I'm expecting to die of the Nvidia failure, it's on it's second logic board. I've got 2011 and 2012 MBPs waiting for me to switch to.

Then I can upgrade my iPhone which is an iPhone 5s running iOS 7, I've got an iPhone SE (original) 128GB new-in-box waiting for me.

Install arctic fox or use the g3 version of tenfourfox for the best web experience.

Install the unofficial security patches as well - they're in my post history if you need them.

It is a super clean machine. Add in iWork 09, and you have what I honestly believe would be considered the best 'office' machine of all time. Pages has only lost features since.

I'm in the same boat, as my 09 MBP 13 still runs that, and I'm loathe to upgrade, as all hell broke loose recently when I attempted to go to 10.11.

Me too. Not for much longer, though. I'm about to go to Sierra... or possibly High Sierra.

I have several Snow Leopard installs up and running... my home media server, a couple of homebrew arcade cabinets, an old Mini serving as an HTPC. It ain't broke, and I ain't fixing it.

I'm still using Mavericks. I have a Hackintiosh, and just never got around to upgrading and switching over to Clover... It does basically everything I need. I would like better integration with my iPhone but I guess not enough to bother installing it...
