I have used my new rowing machine every day for the last week. emoticon-animal-022
This week, I will try to increase the amount of time for each session.
The new cushion I got for the seat is helping my comfort level a lot.

~4.2 mi/day, using stupid conversion since I now did the math proving that my iPhone is unable to measure the correct distance. Mrs. Zealand's iPhone XS+ apparently is able to simulate the functions of an accurate pedometer that my decrepit (not) iP7 is unable to do.

Got in a riding session on the trainer. Weight is slowly creeping back up. Gahh! Gotta cut back on caloric intake.

Another downhill run. Wait for the part where the rocks start going downhill too.

I managed to average 1.1 miles of walking per day. Pretty grim.
