So... Apple TV+ App for Roku how do you navigate "Included Content"

Apple just sent me my replacement iPhone XS and while I was setting it up it said I had 90 days to sign up for 12 month of Apple TV+ then $5.99/month. I'm just not seeing what Apple TV+ is offering that is worth keeping past 12 months? Everything I click on that I think is included "is not". Unless I'm not doing something right I cannot see any way to sort "free/included" content. I do see Greyhound and a few other Apple Original Content that is included.

The good news, if you scroll down in the TV app, you should see a section that's called Discover TV+, and when you click or tap on it, it will take you to a page that shows you all the Apple TV+ content.

I am still trying to figure out how to get Apple TV + on my Roku - only App I saw was for Streamer Review (seems to be for Media and Movie reviewers only - need special approval) - need to figure it out - I want to see that Tom Hanks movie on some type of Screen and not a phone.

The TV app combined with Apple's stupid naming schemes leads to the situation the OP ran into.

Apple TV+ is Apple's own streaming service that shows Apple's own original content.

The TV app is Apple's effort to provide one-stop "shopping" for (i.e. integration of) content available from multiple sources and apps.

The monthly fee for Apple TV+ has nothing to do with the TV app.

You can access Apple TV+ using the convoluted method detailed in Sarcany's first link.

between Apple TV (the hardware), the Apple TV (the App) and Apple TV + (the streaming service) there is a lot of naming confusion.
