Surf music courses thru my veins, and arteries.
I have ALWAYS LOVED it; almost named our kid Dick Dale, instead of Baby Buzz, but the price of classic Stratocasters was too high at the time.
Thankfully, Baby Buzz can well afford one now, but he'd rather stick w/ playing golf and tennis, than the guitar.
But he still favors listening to surf music over ESPN.
The OG surf musicians were, and will always be da bomb!

I realized some time back that the Go-Go's were a (poppy) surf band. Listen to those drums!

I have ALWAYS LOVED it

Same here.

Great, feel good music.

In the service, once it was known I was from CA, somebody'd always say 'You're from California? Do you surf?!'

And sadly, no.
