How to solve this "location" problem on Apple TV?

I live in central Jersey, right in the middle between NYC and Philly. I just moved 5 miles South, cross county line and now Apple TV and ATT TV show me an NBC station from Philly. Roku does not seem to have location services enabled and shows me NYC which is what I got at my old address (which ATT probably still has on file). I got used to the NYC crew and I would like to continue to watch them.

How do trick Apple TV to think I am still at the old address?

Thanks

AppleTV uses geolocation that is notoriously hard to spoof without a service, because their contracts with media providers requires them to restrict access by location.

Why is Roku not doing the same? most of thee content overlaps anyway. The only thing I cannot get on Roku right not is HBO Max using my ATT TV subscription.
(Or maybe it is available now, I know it did not work a few weeks ago.)

I don't know enough about Roku to answer, sorry.
