What's Good Wednesday

What's some good news going on?

That wifi router I got a month ago seems to have helped a few of my traffic and device juggling woes the previous dying router was struggling with.

This morning's bike ride felt good despite insomnia last night. Will likely take an afternoon nap.

Snowflake (SNOW) IPO is today. So that's good. Or bad. Maybe.

Work is getting serious about permanent work from home. That may or may not be good. Mrs. cbelt3 is rightfully pissed at me for losing my cool last night.

Has been in low 60s last few nights so I've been able to resume my walks after a 3 day hiatus. That was the lowest 3 day total by far since the pandemic broke in the US.

The first rain of the season is in the forecast and the roofers arrived this morning to put the roof on my backyard project. I'm a happy camper! thumbs up

I started in mid-May and am so relieved that it's almost done. It's 8' x 12' and without electricity so no permit was required.

Cool. Ive been thinking about a DIY one the same size -- but just didnt know if I had it in me to spend the time doing it.

Found this place -- 12 x 8 styles are $3000-3500... fully installed... I was looking at the Modern flat roof.

Doesn’t look like a standard garden shed - what do you intend to use it for?

My tax refund that I filed for back in April (yes, THAT April 15) FINALLY hit my bank. I was thinking I might have to start a inquiry on it!

I'll probably have about $3100 in mine when it's done.

Will be a multi-use space for now: office/art studio/guest room/storage/etc. Next year I'm planing a small basic shed for garden tools and lawn mower, etc.

Hey, whatever makes you happy. If you’re satisfied with the sound quality of the Klipsch Pro Media speakers (I’ve owned two sets and know their sound well), then, um, good for you?
