What's that freeware application pulldown in upper-right corner called?

In OSX, I was trying to scoot it over a notch and it went up in a cloud of smoke. I wasn't able to find it on my hard drive and have no idea what it's called.

MenuX or XMenu (one of those names, I don't remember which) is my favorite-doesn't require any kernel extensions, which ASM does....

X-Assist is what I use.

You can also do something similar using the Script Menu extra included in OS X. Anything you put in the Scripts folder, be it another folder, app, or an alias is available in that menu.

Interesting, I didn't think that anybody used those things.

What, you think that just because Apple dumped perfectly useless tools and that Steve Jobs think the Dock is the best thing on the planet, that everyone else just drinks the kool-aid and goes along with it?

I use Cm-Tab.

I used ASM for awhile as freeware, but for me it's not worth $15.

I like the Dock, but I'd also like having a retro Apple menu in the top left. FruitMenu gives me some of that, but it's just not the same.
