I actually think mac2sell's estimates look fairly accurate -- maybe 5% too high, if that.

I think pretty much all used mac prices I see are "too high" at least based on what I would pay compared to getting a refurb new. That has been true for many years.

This may be like the bluebook for cars: these are "used" retail prices (and not the prices paid by obsessive mac geeks).

My macs:
600 G3 ibook: $220
1.8 G5 17" imac: $710

Don't think I would pay that for either of those; but selling it is a different Q.

Sucky interface - I'd rather see a list of models to choose from than go through a twenty questions routine...

Everymac.com does say, at some point, that their value estimates are updated rarely. I'll give this new site a shake but, honestly, I would say put it on eBay and let the market dictate (usually, that is; my recent iMac G5 case notwithstanding). Set a reserve that's comfortable to you, and see where it goes. Always assume it's worth less than you think, and remember you got a lot of value out of it the time you were using it.

That site is about 1.5-2x the going rate on ebay. I looked up a few items an just laughed about it. The prices were ridiculously high. I like the idea and all, but it needs to be better maintained. (And since it was posted to LEMSwap, people there seem to think those prices are completely accurate.. wee...)
