That guy needs to move to a better neighborhood. (And storm drains do not have "doodie water" in them. He should get his facts straight.

Would you believe that the area I live in didn't have much wind, and we had less than half the amount of rain that some of the areas all around here did? I didn't have a clue how bad that storm was until I turned on last evening's news. Shock! And I was out moving around most of the day.

I don't need no stinking video. I have a first floor to clean up. MAVIC, those batteries saved my ass! I ran some bilge pumps off of them. Couldn't have done it without them.

It bugs me that rain makes the news at all here. That's like heat making the news in Phoenix, or bad traffic making the new in LA.

marine 12v bilge pumps, with cords running under my garage door. Sump is in the front driveway, overflowed when the french drains were overloaded, and the sump pump failed, and ran into the house. Now I know where the low spots are!

I saw 2-3 foot geysers and gushers coming out of manhole covers, and several dislodged, and one blown free from its retaining ring on the ballard area while i was getting the marine bilge pumps.

Okay I've heard the music in that video a zillion times but what is it?
