What an Obama victory next week will mean for Apple and its users

Now before you get all heated up and condemn this to the other side, you should at least take the time to READ the article, which is written by an Australian!

A very insightful piece I think...

I’m in the process of making final plans for my next trip to the US, where I’ll be visiting Florida (Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton), then off to Macworld in San Francisco for my Powertools workshop on Apple’s Keynote (details upcoming).

After, I’ll stay on to do some more training, hopefully picking up some workshops, but likely leaving California before the Presidential Inauguration in January. Certainly, I will be able to pick up some of the feeling of change by the time I arrive in Florida on Christmas Eve (look for my reindeer).

Well he does say he's going to San Fransisco.
He may CHANGE his definition of out back.

"Australian" does not translate to "unbiased."

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, you really don't want billb to be any less cryptic, ever.

Smells like a pathetic attempt at a joke about homosexuality. Nice, real nice.

Flush to the "other side"! Good time to visit Australia, summer and the rate of exchange today is 1 US to 1 1/2 Australian. Unfortunately the "1" is not easy to find.

Sorry, but we got over the marriage / homo sexual/phobia thing here in Ma. a loooooooong time ago. I keep forgetting about the problems/sensitivities on the left coast.

Yes, there was a reastaurant reference there.

True, those Californians, particularly in Berkley and San Francisco, are known worldwide for their ultra-conservative political views, religious fundamentalism, and bigoted, hostile attitudes towards sexual diversity. The east coast is far, far more progressive and enlightened, San Francisco is still in the dark ages.
