combine forever stamps?

I'm sending someone a CD and don't really want to go to the postoffice to get exact postage. If it costs $1 for postage, can I just stick 3 "forever" first class stamps on it? Or do I need stamps that actually have their value on it?

thanks,

Chris

I was told by a Postal worker that they have whatever the prevailing rate of a first class stamp is when used. So yes, they can be added up to mail a package.

I believe that if it is going out of the country like to Canada it has to have a value on the stamp.

Just remember that when using a forever stamp, it'll take "forever" to get there.

Just kidding.

Yes, all items for delivery outside the country cannot use the forever stamp.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.
