USB on one end, Ethernet on the other?

I want to connect my Tivo to my home network, but the only input available on the Tivo box is USB.

Do I need this ( [www.radioshack.com] ):



...or this ( [www.radioshack.com] ):



...or i there just a cable with male USB on one end, and male ethernet on the other?

Thanks Seacrest--that's a good bookmark to have; this particular item won't be a hack, though. Tivo tells you to use the USB for networking, and shows something similar to the first item above in the manual... they just don't say what specific thing to buy.

go to TiVos website and they list all compatible USB network adapters, even wireless.

I got one like the 2nd picture above. It is a Linksys XXX100 (can't remember the Letters). Go it at Office Depot - Best Buy and Circuit City didn't have any that would work.
