soy milk is not safe
regular milk is not safe
etc, etc.

Other than water (and YES we all know the di-hydrogenOxide or whatever fake memo) what IS safe to these folks?

nothing is.

The point is that each human's body is different and while most of us have adopted to Water/Meats/Cheese/etc... you will always find people who are prone to problems with some food.

It seems there is at least one group devoted to getting the message out about every single consumable item, and painting it with a broad brush to say it is just flat-out not safe. And, Google promotes it with their ordering of links. Look up Aspartame or splenda, and the first link might be to the product, but the other links almost immediately start with the IS NOT SAFE variety.

My post was more about GOOGLE than the debate on any food being safe.

So Aspartame and milk are about equal in terms of real-world 'safety?'

Even pure water is not always safe. Google: fatal water intoxication.

It was about the fact that google gives these shi!heads a voice by rating them so high.

Apparently you don't understand how google works. Also, what is it that makes you believe that people who point out food safety issues are shi!heads and that their concerns are not valid. Also, what the heck are you ranting about.

I would be careful infering that ALL of them ARE valid.. or even a majority.
Have you READ some of those sites?
The term "stark raving lunatics" comes to mind for SOME of them.
(NOT all of them, mind you... )

You are inferring things from my post that I did not say. I didn't infer anything regarding what percentage of the concerns are valid. I just found the original post somewhat annoying in its overgeneralization and blanket condemnation.

Looking at a couple of the referred to topics, most of the concerns seem to have some degree of validity. Just because a couple of nuts show up here or there doesn't mean you should throw out the baby with the bathwater. There are extremists in any field...look at our government for example.
