Woohoo! Contract renewed, and I gave myself a raise too!

The old contracts negotiator at work was a real bastige to deal with. he left, and the new guy is someone I see all the time and sees me at hard at work (relative to him, that is) So when I rebid with a higher rate, he went for it.
