====

Two friends, each is looking for a wi-fi router for their home network. One has an XP Home Ed SP2 desktop and a Windows 2000K laptop. The other friend has a G4 17 inch powerbook and an XP Home Ed Dell Inspiron laptop. Which is good for them, #1 or #3 or other that you highly recommend?

Is #2 good for me to have a wireless printing with our powerbooks? We don't have our own wi-fi connection; we are piggy-backing friends' connection across the street.

Kap, you should probably re-post this in the "Tips and Deals" forum. I'm guessing that posting in the "Rant" forum was just a mistake on your part.
