I'm sure most longtime NPR listeners are familiar with this classic
Storyteller John Henry Faulk's story of picking up a boy on the road carrying an orange.
The little boy tells of his family's Christmas that his family shared with a family
of poor sharecroppers
For some reason NPR is not broadcasting it this year :-( but they have made
the text and a mp3 available on their website

This one always makes me reflect on what I have.
