iTunes Season Pass prevents "Report a problem"

Can anyone else verify this issue?

If you have a problem with a TV show episode download (mine had no audio) you cannot report this problem if you bought the episode via a "Season Pass".

I have verified that the "Report a Problem" feature works fine with individually purchased episodes. I have also tried at least three of my "Season Passes" and the "Report a Problem" feature fails every time. The link below is what comes up when you click on a "Season Pass" episode to "Report a Problem".

Thanks for your help,

JJ

I forgot that just getting to the "Report a Problem" issue is not straight forward.

First you have to login (in iTunes) to your account.

Then you have to click on "Purchase History".

Then you have to "know" when you first bought the season or episode and what other purchases you may have made on that same day as they may be shown but the season or episode may not.

Then you have to navigate through your "Purchase History" and found the day you originally bought the "series" NOT THE episode.

Then you can click on the day which will then let you click on the "Report a Problem" link which will not actually let you report a problem.
