They'll take the aide, feed the soldiers and claim we tried to poison them.
Smart move is take the leadership out with a few well placed rounds from a Chinese made sniper rifle.

An analysis of the George W. Bush administration’s policies toward North Korea provides some lessons in diplomacy for the Obama administration. Its first term was plagued with strategic and diplomatic errors that gave North Korea a free hand to accelerate the development of its nuclear program. Though the multilateral engagement of its second term yielded diplomatic triumphs, the end result was that things ended up almost exactly where they had started, except that North Korea had become a declared nuclear power.

I missed that part of the article. I suppose if one is in a cracked induced stupor hallucinations might occur.
I did appreciate the trade off though. I personally have worked with several hundred South Korean students, some who have actually met and had discourse with North Koreans. Naturally and hypothetically speaking, if ones head is deeply planted in their arse it is difficult to see or imagine the light of day. I suppose naivete can be compounded by ignorance.ymmv
"""In return, the United States will "move forward with our proposed package of 240,000 metric tons of nutritional assistance along with the intensive monitoring required for the delivery of such assistance," she said."""
"""The return of nuclear inspectors to North Korea for the first time in three years would be a "very positive development," Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations panel, said in a statement Wednesday. And he added, the United States has a humanitarian interest in helping the North Korean people receive food aid. "Resuming nutritional assistance to the DPRK is the right thing to do if we can ensure our aid will reach those in need."""
