They are not "reporters", they are commentators. The serious news people left Fox a long, long time ago (when they switched their format to water carriers for the extreme right-wing).

Disagree? Point out one person, just ONE, at Fox that would be considered a truly serious reporter.

I think they call her a foreign affairs analyst, to be exact. And she does have the credentials and education to deserve the title.
It's her politics that put her on Fox and on right wing radio and other conservative talk venues, so yes now she's a "commentator."

It was the really immature unfunny "joke" that got my attention, otherwise haven't paid attention to her.

Last night in a HUGE hockey game - the 7th and deciding game of the playoff series, Joel Ward won the game for the Washington Capitals over the Boston Bruins with a goal in sudden death over time.

Joel Ward is black (so are 3-4% of NHL players and 3-4% of the Canadian population)

Twitter ERUPTED with the ugliest racist crap you can imagine - people weren't trying to be coy - flat-out @#$%& style racism. I use to think that the US was making progress on this front, but twitter and facebook make it clear that the ugliness is ready to pop out into the light of day given the slightest provocation.

Just sickening...

How terribly inappropriate.

Had they stayed on-message, they'd have noted that as a wife she'll be compelled to stay home and raise kids, thus saving the American tax payers thousands of dollars from subsidized birth control every year... and if she's not compelled morally, they'll just pass a law.
