After reading the article, I'd say that the lawsuit has legitimacy. With luck, the producers will feel like they need to stop production to avoid having to diversify, and there will be one less @#$%& reality TV show on the air.

That would be the best outcome but with guys like Ron Howard joining the fray, the battle is lost.
