In other words, no change in the last two generations either.

I consider myself a person of the Christain faith but when I read this this came to mind.

That's not poor education. I'm certain that the majority of the 46% have had decent schooling. They are simply choosing not to accept the facts, and that is just plain stupid to a level that rises to mental impairment.
