DAMN - I spent a minute trying to remember the name of Puppetry of the penis, finally gave and moved on to decay's post...

The guy who forbid her to speak the next day claimed that he thought she was making a rape reference when she referred to the forbidden structure and said "No means no." I suspect that the rest of us figured that she was saying no to the proposed statute, but the guy had to say something because the rest of the country was laughing at him.

By the way, these Michigan lawmakers are going to have a hard time talking about developmental biology if they ever get to embryonic stem cells, because right after the blastula comes the gastrula, and what creates the gastrula is the process of invagination of the outer cell layer into the interior. Apparently none of them was a bio major. The word comes up fairly often.

And then there is the problem involving electrical contractors and electricians, who use the terms male and female to refer to the opposing forms of electrical plugs and sockets -- Oh, I can't go on with this, the shame and horror is so profound.
