Annnnnd this is how the far right will apparently pose as "journalists"

The president was making a statement about immigration. Rather, than you know, waiting until Obama was done with his spiel, Neil Munro from the Daily Caller, decided to make a total ass of himself.

The Daily Caller of course says that "A reporter’s job is to ask questions and get answers. Our job is to find out what the federal government is up to. Politicians often don’t want to tell us. A good reporter gets the story. We’re proud of Neil Munro"

[dailycaller.com]

If this had been done by someone from HuffPo during a Bush presser, would Tucker Carlson, Limbaugh and their ilk be praising that behavior? RIGHHHHHHHHT.

Same folks that defended Bush (calling anyone who disagreed with him traitorous or worse) are the first in line to attack Obama. A reporters job is NOT to interrupt the president. These people are spoiled little children and need to be treated as such.

Hopefully, his credentials will be revoked. Decorum does have its place.

You don't even want to imagine the First Amendment hullaballoo that would ensue if his creds were revoked. He will, however, be seated in Siberia far away from a mic, and he will be one of the last to get pool reports.

you lie!

This was in reaction to Obama saying that illegals won't be covered by his healthcare bill. After two years and especially what happened today who believes that anymore. It is just that some peopel need to wait a few years to find out. Like this one,

----
Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own," Obama told members of a National Council of La Raza conference who shouted back, "Yes, you can! Yes, you can!"

"That's not how our democracy functions," Obama responded. "That's not how our Constitution is written." Obama, locked in a fight with Congress over the federal debt ceiling, joked, "Believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting, I promise you. Not just on immigration reform."

"But that's not how," the president said. "That's not how our system works."

this is a fair assessment.

Editor's note: Dean Obeidallah, a former attorney, is a political comedian and frequent commentator on various TV networks including CNN. He is the editor of the politics blog "The Dean's Report" and co-director of the upcoming documentary, "The Muslims Are Coming!"

takeaway:

In the coming months, as we get closer to Election Day, you may see many more of these kinds of attacks. While they may disgust you, they should never surprise you. It's all in the playbook.

As soon as I read that he was from the Daily Caller, I knew this person was a jackass. It is one thing to disagree with the President but showing this level of lack of respect is shameful. Remember, righties, if you think that this behavior is warranted, the next time that there is a Republican president and someone heckles him or her, remember this day.

I hope he never gets a press pass again.

That's hilarious. So his employer favored a foreigner over American workers! LOL indeed.

Tucker Carlson (the guy with the bow tie) and point man of that particular network stepped up to defend his employee. No one else did.

Opinion pieces issued from FOX, CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, Comedy Central, Sci-Fi and Animal Planet all condemned the method this reporter used to attempt to question the President. Even the recently naturalized Animal Channel Chimps were dismayed. Believe it, you don't want to meet a dismayed Chimp up close and personal.

CSPAN had no comment but Rep Joe Walsh thought the guy simply didn't shout loud enough.

How much more will it take before it becomes crystal clear to the rest of the country that a - not insignificant - segment of this country is in rebellion over a black man occupying their White House? A segment that is less interested in policy than opinion, prejudice and manipulation.
