We're doing a much better job than Carter in distracting the electorate from the crummy domestic economy via hot-button topics such as gay/immigration.

Sorry, but the Fed has no more tools left. The Federal Funds rate is at 0%, and the Fed is already engaged in quantitative easing...aka making fake money that will end up haunting us...

I paid for my own health insurance for 23 years and then got fscked over by the insurance company and can't get anymore at any price. Please let me know when it happens to you so I can gloat. And it probably will unless you are real close to 65.

Ignore the distractions and focus on how the economy has been improving like crazy. (mostly because you haven't screwed with it, but hey...)

Stop referring to various groups and call them Citizens. As in:
"I believe all American Citizens should have the right to marry whom they choose".
"I want American Citizens to ask what they can do for their country. Maybe pay more taxes when they can afford it."

Did I mention I'm vomitously fatigued by the 'divide and conquer' approach our 21st century politicians love to take ? Play the 99% card. Play the race card. Play the pick your acronym card. barf smiley
