Guess what is at the top of voters concerns now

Government corruption. Bet you didn't think that. I guess years of pumping tax dollars into Solyndra and other scams only to get them back as campaign contribution has finally registered with people. Michelle Malkin was a lone voice in the wilderness. Kudos. This is what leaders do.

Americans view reducing government corruption as the second-highest priority for the next president, behind only job creation, according to a new Gallup poll released Monday. Eighty-seven percent of respondents said that reducing corruption in the federal government is an “extremely important” or “very important” priority for the next president, compared with 92 percent who said the same about creating good jobs.

#2 issue. And it's more regional than national.

The last act of our county government corruption scandal is going on now... the sentencing of the Chair of the Democratic Party for the county, and the county commissioner, is underway:

audit the Fed.

let's assume for a moment that Romney wins the election this Fall.

will corruption still be the top concern?

i'll be paying attention to the complaints that seem to rise when a Dem holds the top spot...

Angry little people see the world through their own litte angry prism and you cannot convice them any differently. Facts do not matter to those who have their minds made up for them by the far right media. Spewing nonsense does not change anyone's mind here; it only makes you look like the village idiot.

The reason that people of the caliber of Malkin & Rove appear ONLY on Fox is that when they would go to an outlet not giving them cover for their opinions, they would get stomped.

Corruption has always been "there" but you didn't notice it day in and day out. I really feel that the reason it has surfaced now is the brazen circle of campaign donations that is then turned around by a factor of thousands and given out as grants and loans. People notice that. Military industrial complex needs a new name; Government-industrial complex.

Looks like this wasn't an isolated incident. Just out.

GOP nominee Mitt Romney has a slight advantage over President Obama on key measures of values, leadership and honesty, a new poll finds.

The poll, conducted by The Hill, finds that 47 percent of voters say that Romney most shares their values, compared with 44 percent for Obama.

And we all know that pollsters love to throw in "likability" in their questions because they think it helps Obama(ever saw that question in prior years). It is his last refuge but not anymore.

Obama generally performs well among measures of likability across most polls, but voters say that a presidential candidate's policies and ability matter more. Ninety-three percent of likely voters say that competence and policies matter more than likability.

The most corrupt thing is the results of Citizens United. Second would be the failure of President Obama's Justice Department to bring those on Wall Street to justice. Next is President Bush's tax cuts for the rich.

Based on what I've been seeing on TV news lately, I would have guessed that the top concern of voters is Chick-Fil-A.

the 47 percent of voters who say that Romney most shares their values also believe that Obama is muslim, Kenyan, and against the middle class.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." Theodore Roosevelt (1918)
