Federal judges rule NC GOP congressional districts "unconstitutional gerrymandering"

Heck yeah.

A panel of federal judges struck down North Carolina’s congressional map on Tuesday, declaring it unconstitutionally gerrymandered and demanding that the Republican-controlled General Assembly redraw district lines before this year’s midterm elections.

The ruling was the first time that a federal court had blocked a congressional map because the judges believed it to be a partisan gerrymander, and it deepened the political chaos that has enveloped North Carolina in recent years.

“We agree with plaintiffs that a wealth of evidence proves the General Assembly’s intent to ‘subordinate’ the interests of non-Republican voters and ‘entrench’ Republican domination of the state’s congressional delegation,” Judge James A. Wynn Jr. wrote in a 191-page opinion that another judge joined in full.

They don't need to worry about such kid games as gerrymandering anymore.

The RNC can now freely drop democratic voters from the voter rolls and send in shock troopers to suppress the black vote.

The ruling will be overturned by the Gorsuch Court.

No, they can't do that "freely." It's against the law and any attempts to block people from voting will continue to be brought forward in lawsuits EVERYWHERE.

Yeah lawsuits happen after something illegal actually takes place. I'm not worried about the RNC. It's at the state level where the most toxic voter suppression is happening.

And with foreign powers hacking our voter rolls, and at least one of them taking a pretty obvious interest fomenting civil discord up to and even possibly including war, the crazy-spin play I'd make next time around to encourage that "second amendment solution" would be to purge Republicans...

Some of whom could then predictably be expected to start shooting things up.
All while this administration blames "bad actors on both sides" and exhibits ongoing favoritism towards their base.
