TV in the bedroom halves your sex life - study
Reuters, by staff write

ROME - Thinking of buying a TV for the bedroom? Think again -- it could ruin your sex life.
A study by an Italian sexologist has found that couples who have a TV set in their bedroom
have sex half as often as those who don't. "If there's no television in the bedroom, the
frequency (of sexual intercourse) doubles," said Serenella Salomoni . . . .

man, I gotta get me a grant. there has to be something out there that I can get paid to study for
a year or two, then publish the obvious results as a BREAKTHROUGH..

If that's the case than it's better to leave the TV in the room. Somebody can always watch pron.

My TV is not in the bedroom, but every time I fall asleep watching it, I get no action whatsoever.

I like sex in the morning anyway. It is better than orange juice to start the day!

I LOVE this thread. It makes me laugh. I'm pretty burned out
on Alito hearings, anything Kennedy and now we have to see
Gore back in the headlines. Give me a good sex thread anyday
over those downers!

Ginalollobrigida, this is ITALIAN sex we're talkin' here.
Half the sex there is still more than twice the sex in America.
Mama mia.

I do love statistics, but the basic assumptions have to be correct to begin with if the data is going to mean anything.

Couldn't it just be simply people who are having twice as much sex in the bedroom don't see the need to buy a TV to keep in there as those who have half as much?

You question the statistical value/integrity of THIS topic, vs. yours?

I want to see the questions for BOTH!

Damn, beat me to it again. Although I was just going to say "maybe people who have less sex put a TV in the bedroom so they'll have something to do."

The best way to send a message to your SO that you are serious is to unplug that damned thing anyway.

A plug in vibrator can severely interfere with your TV reception if it's on the same circuit. Get her a battery powered vibrator and you can watch TV in peace.
