OK so while you're waiting, my girl's team won their Jr. Pro championship game tonight. Ages 9-12.

Congrats! However, and not being judgmental, that does seem a bit young to be turning pro.

Tell that to the snark. It was a fun ride and I'm glad she got to shine. On her regular 5th-6th Grade school team she was second string (JV usually won their separate games) but here she was a star. In the semi final she knocked out a 3-pointer at the buzzer ... I almost threw up.

NBC may be wrong -- From what I read on the Pennsylvania state website last night there is a recount if margin is under .5% (it is). The provisional ballots are being inspected today. Absentees don't have to be delivered by US Mail until next Tuesday, so final counts are at least a week away.

Funny that the Libertarian candidate made this result possible, assuming Lamb pulls this off after write-ins are counted and after the recount.
Great info here:
[mobile.twitter.com]
"(T)he first important thing to know is that this is not a count tonight; it's unofficial and does not include absentee or provisional ballots. The formal count begins Friday, & overseas/military absentees have until next Tues to come in."

That's what I saw, too. Because it's a district election the automatic recount rule doesn't apply.Quote

The coverage that I was following last night was saying that the state recount law only applied to state-wide elections, and since this was a local election the loser would need to request (and fund) a recount.
