Trump has a scapegoat now.

Now? He's been blaming the Democrats all along (even when the Republicans held both the House and Senate and the Dems were completely powerless).

That sounds familiar; just as you boyz handled Obama selling you down river to the Big Insurance on the single payer healthcare during the first year of his administration, when the Democrats had a total control of both houses....

Dude, as you well should know, the Senate Democrats didn't have 60 votes to override a Republican filibuster, Obama certainly didn't want to go for the Big-Pharma Republican Romneybill, but he pragmatically figured that at least that would have a chance at winning, thinking that he could get Republican backing on that, creating, you know, bi-partizan legislation. But the Repubs had their marching orders "Obama will be a one-term President". So they shifted away from their own bill in order to spite our black Muslim Kenyan.

Why are you stating the obvious? You would have to be willfully ignorant to not know what happened leading to the ACA.

I hope the Democrats get rid of Schumer as Senate minority leader and choose someone that has at least a little pizzazz factor. Unfortunately most Democratic Senators with pizzazz factor probably also have their sights set on running for president.

Because max keeps on repeating this "you had control" story over and over.

Lux was pointing the ‘willfully ignorant’ jab at max.

The willfully ignorant illustrate the depths of their willfulness...

The usual bullcrap and excuses, Sam.
The fact is that Democrats did have the 60 seat majority, for at least five months, during that initial 2 year window, as explained by Speedy, in practical terms that stretch was quite a bit longer...

Sen. Franken wasn't sworn in until July 7 or seven months after Congress went into session. Sen. Kennedy died August 25 (last casting a senate vote in April) of the same year and his seat was filled a month later by appointed Democratic Sen. Kirk who served until Jan. 20 of the following year so the 60 vote Democratic majority was not long lived, about five months in practical terms.

Try again, Sam...
