Rev. Kaji Sues DHS Over Government Surveillance Program Targeting Migrant Advocates

The Rev. Kaji Dousa, who used to head a church in La Mesa, claims DHS conducted illegal surveillance on her First Amendment-protected activities and profiled her in a secret database along with others who were supporting or writing about migrant caravans in Tijuana, according to the lawsuit filed over the weekend in San Diego federal court.

Dousa learned through other investigative journalism by The Intercept that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was also watching her and her church in New York for so-called “Anti Trump Protests.” In a separate dossier, New Sanctuary was documented for an Ash Wednesday prayer vigil, as well as a “suitcase rally” that invited participants to ask the question: What would you pack if you were deported?

Knowing her personally, she's a smart, dedicated, able American who is just the latest to fall victim to the national Big Brother list of true patriots… social activism is just one of the traits that Big Brother Donny doesn't like in his subjects.

Party on like it's 1984, folks. Because it's here now. Waiting for the party bus to get to your house may be too late…

Good for her, glad she's standing up for her rights.

There is so much illegal sh&t going on with ICE and DHS - just came out this morning that ICE has been illegally tapping inmate databases in King County, the county auditor documented over a thousand incidences.
