was Susan Collins one of them...like it matters? The GOP is, by deed, the party of treason. They have gone too far in their plot against America. Time for them to be replaced.

Among those who tried to stop Trump was Sen. Susan Collins, the Maine Republican who voted to acquit Trump on both articles of impeachment and endured widespread derision for saying she believed Trump had "learned from this case" and would be "much more cautious" going forward.

"Among the Republicans who warned the White House was Senator Susan Collins of Maine, who after voting to acquit Mr. Trump said she thought he had learned a lesson."

Just goes to show how stupid and diabolical these people are and how they're looking over their shoulders at their job security..nothing more.

Everyone with half a head knows that Trump doesn't learn anything..lessons? seriously? People entrenched in the kinds of sicknesses this guy is dealing with do not @#$%& learn lessons..Narcissism is one of the sicknesses-real narcissism, that doesn't get cured..Psychs pretty much agree..the only route for dealing with these people is to manage it with basic manipulation..you do not ever take them as apologetic-without selfish motive, humble-without selfish motive..this goes on and on-with selfish motive

..they create constant action and chaos to bury their brokeness

Collins is smart enough to cover her stupidity and darkness by trying to drop little statements that appear to be humble admission of mistakes..she's desperate and a completely dark, selfish fool..all of these @#$%& are..they know they're doing bad things but they are so deep in the @#$%& that they are flailing at this point..

all you have to really do is LOOK at the statements they made about Trump before he was nominated..they all were in the same state of WTF at that point..now they're on their knees and dont know how to get up...because it requires them to admit to all the @#$%& up things they've done in order to maintain the very satisfying, seductive state of having POWER..group mentality is a seriously @#$%& up thing that absolutely destroys proper thought.

He certainly learned a lesson, and that was that he can get away with anything. He's now applying what he learned.

has anyone asked the Pres what lesson he learned from this episode? I bet he'd love to answer that question and I bet the good Sen would be 'appalled' - yet again...

Clever. Cute at first but gets scarrier the longer I look at it.
