No, one billionaire is pissing on a FAUX billionaire.

Let's get this straight.

Just wonder how far things will go with buying elections.

If it takes a Bloomberg to get rid of Trump, what will it take to get rid of Bloomberg? Warren Buffet? Bill Gates? Jeff Bezos? And then what after that?

Tom Steyer (a billionaire) has spent a boatload of money. He's gone nowhere.
Bloomberg has 12 years as mayor of huge NYC, actual positions across a wide range of policies. that's why he is a viable candidate (and Steyer is not).

Billionaire by itself doesn't cut it. Trump was a viable candidate via TV exposure; Bloomberg has international exposure via his news network. It takes wide public exposure to go with the billions.

Bloomberg vs Trump is going to be an ugly contest from which we may never recover.

I have been wondering why the likes of Buffet, Gates and Bezos haven't been more active in trying to get rid of Trump. Probably not Bezos, but Buffet and Gates have been fairly vocal about advocating for non-billionaires. And Trump has been very adversarial toward Bezos.

I think Bezos is being careful so as not to give any legitimacy to Trump's tirades against the Washington Post.
