Doctors Are Hoarding Unproven Coronavirus Medicine by Writing Prescriptions for Themselves and Their Families
Pharmacists told ProPublica that they are seeing unusual and fraudulent prescribing activity as doctors stockpile unproven coronavirus drugs endorsed by President Donald Trump.

Ohio set a rule that only COVID-19 patients or patients who need it for other reasons (RA, etc..) can get a scrip.

If physicians die, there's no-one to treat the sick.

Writing a non-controlled substance prescription for yourself and family is not fraud.

Writing a prescription for oneself or family "just to have on hand in case we get sick" is not appropriate.

Writing a prescription for a medication that based on what Trump says, regardless of the fact that any antiviral effect ever shown has been observed only in a Petrie dish and has been proven not to be helpful humans, seems fairly dumb to me.
