Georgia - Governor shows how to steal an election

Georgia voters were supposed to elect a new state supreme court justice next week. That is until Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger canceled the election. The move will allow the Republican to insure a justice of his liking will be the new justice.

The move was upheld by the state supreme court - sorta. Six of the sitting justices recused themselves from deciding the legality of the move. Lower court justices were then temporarily brought in to decide. They voted 6-2 approve Kemps move.

The actual vacancy will not occur until Nov 18 when Justice Keith Blackwell official retires. The election had become very competitive between former Democratic Rep. John Barrow and former Republican state lawmaker Beth Beskin

Kemp reasoned that due to Blackwell having submitted his notice of retirement early he could fill the position by appointment based on the date of notice not the actual date it opens. The eventual appointee will sit until 2022 when regular elections occur.

This makes at least 3 elections he's stolen/rigged.

And he's still running the state.

Remember when we were young and thought that the United States was a democracy?
