...for PTSD. They’ve lawyered up with a guy that specializes in such claims. Apparently a few of them being held responsible for killing unarmed black people is just too stressful for the rest.

In case anyone was wondering who’s really f’ed up in this sad spectacle.

Disability requires a gauntlet of doctor certifications, and not just from the lawyer's brother-in-law, Doctor Feelgood. Good luck with that.

I'll bet most of the cops are represented by the same attorney and will all have the same doctors.

The city is better off without them.

The city is better off without them.

Who said anything about it being without them?

They'll just have to reassign them (at current pay) to duties that don't aggravate their disability. Processing traffic tickets, maybe.

Or, they'll be fully disabled which means the city pays for their salary and benefits in perpetuity.

The poor dears, never knowing when it’s OK to kneel on someone’s neck. Yes — truly — get them ALL some help.

It cheapens when a cop is REALLY dissabled in the line of duty.
