Thus the quotes smiley. The Guardian is still unknown to most of the US public but then most news organizations are unknown as well. Who needs actual news when you have Twister and Farcebook.

I mentioned the Guardian because as a legitimate news source it lends credence to what the right would have us believe is an ineffective splinter group of nobodies. They've become successful to the point that some segments of the party they are assisting (Democrats) have become defensive and begun taking shots at their bona-fides.

Politics is such an uplifting arena of public discourse, is it not?drink smileydrool smiley

The Guardian is the paper of the Labour Party, is a spokespoint for the British Left and even though I read it every day, should not be believed unless cross-checked with other sources.

Their commentary is as worthless as their opposite the Daily Telegraph. (only The Telegraph's news reporting is usually drunken Tory fantasy.)
