I have to stop now. And to think how much I complained about grammar and diction in the 35 years of teaching "well-heeled" suburbanite children!

It was the parent conferences that finally drove me to retirement. Between the body piercings and tattoos, those 25 year old mothers of 9 year old children created a communication gap I couldn't bridge.

(Sorry - Had to update a typo before it was reported.)

And when the new teachers graduating begin showing up in class with their nose rings and tattoos the kids will rebel and it won't be cool anymore. Language is a tool to communicate. It is constantly being changed by those who use it. Or art thou still speaking as Shakespeare didst?

I was leaving a court building yesterday and passed by a short sleeved deputy sheriff who sported tats all the way down both arms to the wrists.

In living color. Wasn't long ago the tats were all on the other side of the bars maybe reinforcing the idea that its only a thin line that separates the two groups.

Oh I beg to differ. Slamming you has great affect. I remember the king sized meltdown at AS before you were banned. You'll probably be banned here too.

I'm not afraid of anything. The Dems got beat in every state that gay marriage was on the ballot. That included Ohio. Stating that making an unpopular stand with the middle of your base when you're trying to get elected destroyed the dem's chances is meerly noting fact. That stand cost them many black votes all over and was critical in Ohio.

I'm not against gay unions that have the same rights as marriage. I'm against calling it marriage. That's all.

I am against you.

Do the Lokimotive With Me
(sung to the tune of "Locomotion")

Everybody's really getting
Awful sick now,
Come on baby
Do the Lokimotive
Of Lokimotive's ranting,
And his self-righteous schtick now,
Come on baby
Do the Lokimotive

It really doesn't matter
If you're Left or Right,
'cause all of Loki's messages
Are smug and trite
So come on, come on
Do the Lokimotive with me

You've gotta
Post some links now,
Come on baby
Talk smack, Iraq,
Well I think
You've got the knack!
Woah woah

Now that you can do it
Let's hijack a thread now,
Come on baby
Do the Lokimotive
Let's post a bunch of pictures
Of the maimed and dead now,
Come on baby
Do the Lokimotive

Cause if they use the forum,
Then they must pay the price,
Of hearing me obsess
On Condaleeza Rice,
So come on, come on
Do the Lokimotive with me

Yay, yay, yay, yeah

Move around the forum
With your head a noddin'
Come on baby
Do the Lokimotive
Keep makin' excuses
For Osama Bin Laden
Come on baby
Do the Lokimotive

There's never been a trolling
That's so easy to do,
Just keep repeating nonsense
'til your face turns blue,
So come on, come on
Do the Lokimotive with me!
