hahahahaha....

turns out that the US commissioned and spanish language version in 1919.

But here are 4 'official' versions on the state dept website:

toldya drudge goes both ways...

The welfare and social security offices must have been nearly empty yesterday.
Most of their regular clientel were out on the streets demanding even more freebies than usual.

Are insurance payments also a handout? What you're suggesting is theft and no different than insurance fraud.
