Any uses for tomato seeds and pulp?

When I prepare raw tomatoes I generally seed them. Don't want the extra liquid and pulp. That is a lot of flavor to put down the sink but I don't know of any uses. Anyone have any creative ideas or recipes for tomato seeds and pulp?

I thought about that but I didn't think I would have enough. Do you freeze the pulp until you have enough?

Since it has so much flavor, the best thing would be to eat (drink) it. With a bit of salt.

'Zactly.

Small plastic resealable containers work for me. When the chest freezer in the garage starts filling up w/ the beasts, it's time to make soup (replacing the "tomato water" containers w/ soup containers.)

I usually use the pulp in whatever I'm building, though the seeds usually just get in the way.

Usually freeze broccoli ends, flat parsley stalks, and carrot nubs and use 'em w/ the tomato water in soup.

Freeze it until you can add it to a beef-based soup or stew.
