Virgin Mobile pay-as-you-go $30 Top-Up refill cards
2 for $50 @ Target

Target has Virgin Mobile top-up prepaid refill cards on sale every so often.

This week only (and I think they charge sales tax on the card too.)

Pay-as-you-go wireless service includes long distance and roaming for as low as 10¢ a minute.
Not available in all stores.

I use T-Mo 2 go as they're cheaper than Virgin.

Target does not charge tax here in SoCal on the T-Mobile cards. YMMV of course.

Also, Target has a good Nokia phone for $99 as a post Xmas sale. Very good value as it's normally about $129.

My daughter just got that Nokia T-Mobile phone for Christmas and really likes it. Actually she got it before Christmas because her old pre-paid ran out so she got it early.

BTW, our T-Mobile store price matched Target, if you would rather buy it where they can activate on the spot. Actually they came down less than Target because it wasn't on sale at Target that week, but we got it for the $100 anyway at the store. YMMV.
