What all in one remote do you get when you have a BT PS3 connected to an IR receiver outputting to an RF TV?

I know logitech makes a BT to IR adapter. I have one for my Harmony 1. But my friend says his TV is RF. Which I thought was kind of strange. I told him to check to see if it did IR too. I think Logitech makes an RF remote but that costs a lot more.

URC does both as do DirecTV remotes I believe

both are well under $100
