61-2324 modem didn't work in my G4 733

I got one off ebay and the description said it worked in the G4 733 Quicksilver. I hooked it up and I would always get the "doesn't exist" message. But, what has me wondering is the modem doesn't seem to be hooked to anything. The phone line comes into the modem jack, the wire runs under the logic board, and 4 wires plug into the modem card. But the card isn't hooked up to anything on the computer. What am I missing?

Also, what size screws hold the card in place?

Huh? There should be a wide plug on the bottom of the card that matches a socket on the motherboard. When you screw-down the modem card, the plug is tightly joined in the socket.

Duh. Thanks. I wasn't looking close enough. I'll fire it up in the morning.
