Safari 5.13 launch page/last page

where is the pref in this version to NOT open to the last page, but rather the home page?

Safari's General pref's. Safari opens with: new window... home page. (Not totally sure this applies to that specific version of the app.)

And in Mountain Lion System Preferences > General > Close windows when quitting an application.

I should have said, I'm on Lion .......... so far.

The 1st I have done.
The 2nd doesn't exist.

In Lion, uncheck "Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps."
