Conference call dialing on iPhone?

Work just switched out my Blackberry for an iPhone which I am extremely thankful for as I hated the Blackberry. One thing I did like was the way it handled dialing conference call numbers and extensions. On the Blackberry, in the appointment I could set it up as follows: 1-800-555-5555x221411# and it would ask me if I wanted to dial the 221411# and I would select yes. Is there a way to get the iphone to do this?

The only way I know of to get this to happen, is to add commas to it, and that creates a pause.

I ended up buying an app called ApptDialer. Well, work ended up buying it smiling smiley
