It's not a consumer OS patch. It's a DNS server patch to address cache-poisoning.

Mac DNS servers use BIND. A patch is available for it. I suspect that Apple will push an official patch for server 10.4 and 10.5 soon via software update.

Hmm, I wonder just how good the patch is. I always wanted to try this on, for example, a spokesperson for PayPal while he's on Oprah.
