Quotegraylocks if she's adventurous there's always Megabus for about $66 tops round trip. Megabus can be a really good deal. My sons have used it (in Georgia & Tennessee, not California), and I think the buses had wi-fi. Sometimes they are crowded and sometimes not. How old are the kids? All three seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender are included with Amazon Prime—the Nickelodeon series, not the movie (the movie is also available but stay far, far away). I know someone who bought one of these (or a similar model) on ebay for $30: Apparently you load a carousel or stack loader, push a button and away it goes. I haven't had a chance to see it in action yet, but he says it works quickly and the resolution is fine for viewing on a TV screen.
