filling up every vehicle is more expensive. That's the point. Don't get hung up on the fact he drives an SUV. As for the people out of work for months (or longer), that will be fixed in a little over eight months when one more person loses their job.
The point is that this politician is driving a relatively new, nice vehicle and is bitching about something that is not entirely true; it was worse under Bush (read the chart I posted). This situation is not unique to Obama's term yet you would never hear this coming from him. I don't care what he drives; to sound some how put off that it costs more to drive these days has many factors, the majority of which have zero to do with Obama.
BTW, more people are going back to work now (a very good thing), but you would not know it from the garbage that is forwared from the right wing media.
