Still took an hour or more online and phone though. This is the second time I've had to go through this mess! We only have internet/phone, and bill went from $63 to $121.00! They lowered it to $40 per month for six months again. Wow, why do they make us g through this mess!?!?

Seriously thinking of getting one of those mifi thingamajigs to use instead of cable. Our only service for cell at our house is Verizon, which I loathe, but might have to go with them for the mifi mess.

Want a freedompop invite ? I got my mifi device - 4G 500MB free, $20 for 2GB 4G/3G. Uses Sprint's network, which may be an issue. They even have a 'home' service at 4G.

But... if all you get is VZW... ick. Cellular data is all great and stuff, but usage caps are terrible. And 3G speed (if you're rural) ain't all that great.

Don't think we get good Sprint signal either. I need 4G or LTE. I've used this mifi in Japan, called pocket wifi there, excellent! They're ahead of us though.
