Most amazing Mac I've ever owned. By far. Not only the crazy speeds, but the ability to work with video, the absolute silence, and no heat. Oh, and how nice to have worked with towers since the start, and now have this itsy bitsy thing on my desktop, not collecting dust near the floor. Shorter cables, too

There are some quirky things with their ports, but I think it's mainly issues for those using more than one monitor: one monitor won't come on, auto startup doesn't always startup, etc. But nothing that's a deal killer.

Wifes M1 mini has also been a peach. Just the base model, but no compromises.

Runs dual displays and she VPNs into her work PC like its nothing. Zoom, surf, print, powerpoint, whatever... never have to think about it. Just sits on her desk under a lamp. If it didnt have so many cables out the back, you would never know it was a computer. Power, keyboard, camera, 2 screens = all ports filled.
